Wendy
NURSE PRACTITIONER |Master of Science of Nursing from the University of South Alabama
Wendy Henninger, MSN RN CCRN is a board-certified nurse practitioner certified in facial aesthetics by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE). She is also a trainer for Prollenium, instructing other injectors on advanced lip filler techniques.
Leveraging her medical expertise and artistic eye, Wendy provides subtle, natural-looking aesthetic treatments tailored to enhance each client’s beauty. She takes pride in developing customized plans that align with patients’ unique facial structures and beauty goals.
Wendy loves helping patients look and feel their best. She has previous nursing experience in ICU and trauma care at Lifestar and the University of Tennessee.
Isabell
RN | Nurse Injector
Isabell is a Registered Nurse and graduate from Roane State College. Her past hospital experiences include working in critical care and assisting with the transitioning of patients from the hospital to home.
Isabell has been trained in advanced filler techniques, skin tightening toxins, and several other aesthetic procedures. She is always providing the highest level of service for her clients and has continued to excel at Pretty Girl Aesthetics. She is also an accomplished equestrian with over 15 years of experience and trains many future equestrians at her farm.
When Isabell isn’t at the clinic you can find her riding or rodeoing or enjoying time with her newest member of her family, her French Bulldog Junebug. Isabell always has a smile on her face with an infectious laugh that clients always are happy to see.
The results of her work speak for themselves as clients continue to leave 5-star reviews and post pictures online. She is ready to make you look and feel your best all the time and we are so thankful to have her at Pretty Girl Aesthetics.
Julie
RN | Nurse Injector
Julie is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA. Her hospital experience includes working at UT Medical Center in the Emergency Department, the University of Washington Medical Center in the Emergency Department, East Tennessee Children’s Pediatric ICU, and currently she flies for UT LIFESTAR as a flight nurse full time.
After 12 years as a nurse, she remains an adrenaline junkie who loves taking care of the sickest patients whom we serve in our regions. If you hear a LIFESTAR helicopter fly over, there’s a good chance it’s her. Julie has been trained in skin tightening toxins and several other aesthetic procedures. When Julie is not in the clinic you can find her spending time with her friends and family, hiking, baking, and gardening. She looks forward to making you feel confident, empowered, and beautiful.
Edie
RN | Nurse Injector | medical aesthetician
Edie is a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical foundation in both acute care and aesthetic medicine. Her medical background includes working in the Emergency Department, where she honed her skills in patient assessment, precision, and compassionate care under pressure.
Edie specializes in advanced injectable techniques and skin rejuvenation treatments. She is passionate about combining medical expertise with artistic precision to achieve natural, balanced results that enhance her clients’ confidence and beauty.
Edie is known for her gentle touch, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a safe and personalized experience for every client. She believes that aesthetics is both a science and an art, and she takes pride in helping clients look and feel their best.
Outside of the clinic, Edie enjoys practicing Pilates and spending time with her mini Bernese Mountain Dog, who never fails to bring joy and laughter to her days.

Cayci is our practice manager and keeps our daily operation running smoothly. She wears a lot of hats, and we are thankful she is part of our team.
She has had an extensive career as a pharmacy technician involved in various aspects of the job such as billing, management, and product development.
She is extremely knowledgeable on all our services and products and educates clients about what we offer at Pretty Girl Aesthetics.
Her goal is to make sure each client has the best experience possible during their appointment and is happy when leaving.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two children and husband.
