Wendy
owner |Master of Science of Nursing from the University of South Alabama
Wendy is the owner of Pretty Girl Aesthetics. She graduated with her Bachelors of Nursing from the University of Tennessee and her Masters of Nurse Practitioner in Acute care and Family practice from the University of South Alabama. She has received certifications from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) in Dermal fillers and Botox.
She has extensive training in several aesthetic procedures including PDO threading, Microneedling, Laser and Skin resurfacing techniques, and Body Sculpting. She has received additional training from some of the best in the industry and is known to be one of the best injectors in East Tennessee. You can literally find examples of her work in many of the people in East Tennessee.
Wendy has also worked many years as a critical care nurse, and when she is not at the clinic you can find her working as trauma/critical care transport nurse with a local aeromedical service, Lifestar. Needless to say, you can trust her when it comes to your medical care.
Wendy enjoys spending time with her family at her farm when she isn’t working. She has two Tennessee walking horses and has beehives she helps attend to.
Cayci
practice manager
Cayci is our practice manager and keeps our daily operation running smoothly. She wears a lot of hats, and we are thankful she is part of our team.
She has had an extensive career as a pharmacy technician involved in various aspects of the job such as billing, management, and product development.
She is extremely knowledgeable on all our services and products and educates clients about what we offer at Pretty Girl Aesthetics.
Her goal is to make sure each client has the best experience possible during their appointment and is happy when leaving.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two children and husband.
Isabell

Isabell is a Registered Nurse and graduate from Roane State College. Her past hospital experiences include working in critical care and assisting with the transitioning of patients from the hospital to home.
Isabell has been trained in advanced filler techniques, skin tightening toxins, and several other aesthetic procedures. She is always providing the highest level of service for her clients and has continued to excel at Pretty Girl Aesthetics. She is also an accomplished equestrian with over 15 years of experience and trains many future equestrians at her farm.
When Isabell isn’t at the clinic you can find her riding or rodeoing or enjoying time with her newest member of her family, her French Bulldog Junebug. Isabell always has a smile on her face with an infectious laugh that clients always are happy to see.
The results of her work speak for themselves as clients continue to leave 5-star reviews and post pictures online. She is ready to make you look and feel your best all the time and we are so thankful to have her at Pretty Girl Aesthetics.
Nicky
Licensed Aesthetician
Nicky is a licensed Aesthetician with over seven years of experience. She has previously worked in many health care industry fields such as a Med Spa and Dermatology clinic. She has also been a previous pharmacy technician, phlebotomist, and a medical assistant. She is an extremely well rounded and talented individual! She has a lifelong passion for skincare and helping clients age gracefully while enhancing their natural beauty. Nicky is laser certified which includes laser hair removal and laser skin resurfacing. She also has extensive experience in dermaplaning, chemical peels, brow shaping, waxing, and helping clients develop skin care routines that best fit their goals. When she isn’t at the clinic, she spends time with her husband and three children and farm animals. She enjoys the outdoors and cooking for a crowd.
Jennifer
Medical Assistant
Jennifer is a medical assistant with a Bachelor degree in Education from South College. She spent time teaching in Guatemala before returning to the states, working and travelling with her husband who is in the military.
She became very involved in a large dermatology and aesthetic clinic and spent several years there learning how to provide several various aesthetic treatments and assisted in many procedures.
When she isn’t at the clinic she spends time with her husband and her dog Pax!
